A really lovely company to work with! I started with First Agency Direct in June 2023 and have not looked back. The management and booking team are clear and friendly, my bookings are usually 30/40 mins away, occasionally an hour away and are always in advance so I can relax knowing I’m booked, and the bookings team are keeping things organised. They gave me a couple options with contract I wanted to take and ended up on the flexible working one as allows me to choose my working hours which was really handy with my childcare responsibilities. Overall I can’t fault the agency, I get to do my job and go home to my family with no stress. I’ve met wonderful people in the practices I go to regularly and the pays not bad either!

Would not recommend this company, I was offered a job and Charlotte welcomed me with a pay cut, they said they couldn’t offer the rate they advertised after initially agreeing to it. I was given a contract and a start date and then I called to confirm a couple of weeks before hand to be told there was no work available and therefore no job. Not even a courtesy phonecall, thankfully I hadn’t handed my notice in or I could have ended up in a dire situation thanks to these shysters. Despicable company with no morals. Avoid like the plague. 22/11/22 After reading their reply to my review I’d like to add that they are liars and unable to accept responsibility. They were not waiting for me to relocate, my house was empty and ready to move in to after I’d evicted my tenants on the promise of this job. I had a start date and a contract, all they were waiting for me to do was hand my notice in. Two weeks before I was due to start they said there was no work available so there was no job. Maybe a phonecall telling me this would have been appropriate. I can highly recommend LBP Dental Staffing run by Lena, she looks after her staff and has lots of work available .

Had a Locum nurse booked and received a call 10 minutes before they were due telling me they had to cancel. Had to cancel half a day for a dentist as a result. I hear this isn’t unusual behaviour from this agency.

I am a very nervous patient and so I am so grateful having found a dentist who is consistent and who understands my needs. Understandably I was a little uneasy walking into my appointment to find that my usual dental nurse Louise wasn’t there. Gemma introduced herself straight away which put me at ease. My dentist Martin explained that Gemma was from your agency and was filling in whilst Louise was taking a much deserved holiday. The rapport that Gemma and Martin had managed to form in such a short space of time was remarkable and was brilliant for a patient such as myself. Gemma even managed to make me laugh! She is very calming and an asset to your agency.

Their nurses are such hard working girls! Every time they are in practice, they are like part of the team. All our dentists and staff here at Bupa love them. Especially Oana and Ozana. They are very professional and never give us trouble. Charlotte is amazing and always tries her hardest to accommodate us and book where she can. Just Love them!!
