I joined First Active 365 sometime in September 2021 and I couldn't have made a better decision on what agency to join. Hardly, do you find an agency who is not only interested in your work life but your total well being. The understanding and excellent communication I have with my consultant is so good. Despite getting regular calls from other agencies to join them at a higher rate I have chosen to remain with First Active 365 because of the professional relationship I've got with them..If there was more than a 5 star they really d deserve it.

I was initially reluctant joining an agency. Especially this agency, from the mixed reviews. From the registration process to this current date, joining this agency has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. All of my concerns and questions have always been answered in a prompt and respectful manner. My consultant has been amazing! Finding my shifts in a timely manner, being very respectful and listening to my availability request. I’ve also had reminders to submit my timesheets to ensure I get paid on time. The rate of pay is brilliant compared to most agencies in the area. Communication between other team members has also been great…from finding shifts, alerting you on your training updates and any question you have, you feel reassured with the response you get back from them. I have not got any faults and would highly recommend. :)

Let's remember that is an agency and is normal to have up's and down on shifts booking as doesn't depend on the agency but on the care homes and a lot depends on you like staff if you work and the care home staff see you are good they will always try to book you. Excellent agency and a very good approach from the staff

I have worked for FA365 since November last year and it has been the best job I’ve had since I started care in 2015. I’m provided day shifts and nights to suit me and I can pick and chose. I get booked up for weeks ahead and if I’m cancelled the team are straight on it to get other shifts so we never miss out on work 99% of the time! The rates are the best I’ve had and a consistent rate of work. The staff team are polite, friendly and person centred, texting and calling to offer work. I have met some of the best colleagues working with FA365 and bumping into them and all working in the same Carehome is the best feeling.
