Good pizza but never on time for collection time. They need to change their orders management system. I have been ordering for couple of year but I can't waste 30 min extra each time because pizzas are not ready. I even ordered 1 hour in advance still had to wait extra 30 min on top of the collection time! I am out.

I’ve waited for 1 hour from the order and gave them a call. It seems that pizza as in its way. 40mins after cold pizza was delivered to my door after a total of 1hr and 40mins. Second, third, forth and fifth call asking for a refund was not answered and so that how they stolen my money from me. Cold pizza was not eatable 😞 Please just refund my money ☹️

Best pizza in Reading. They almost always have a good deal going. Downside is their wedged and sides are pretty weak, buffalo wings taste amazing but a bit too slimey to be perfect, need just a tiny bit more cooking time imo. The price of custom pizzas isn't balanced on the website, seems like having 3 toppings is more expensive then getting a 6 topping pizza off the menu. Staff are nice and easy going. Would recommend for a date night but not a party as the pizzas are smaller than average and they don't hold up so well cold.

The online ordering system for delivery is a disaster. My order is now at least 1 hour late...if it will ever arrive. Nobody answers the telephone when I call the Pizzeria.

Ordered online, 2 pizzas. One fine. Second came without ordered toppings. Spent 20 mins trying to get through on the phone to talk to them, 1st pizza got cold. Finally got through, the guy said he "had to speak to the owner". 40 mins later, we finally got through again (after having eaten the first cold pizza), they say they will come and collect both pizzas and investigate and get back to us. Load of rubbish, obviously kids have eaten one pizza and gone to bed. By now gone 9pm. Just want a refund and can't get through to anyone on the phone. Ruined evening, kids ate but adults gone hungry. Won't use again.
