Bought a Neptune Henley console table from fireside factory sully on Coldfield EBay, seller put pressure on saying there was lots of people interested and he expected it selling quickly. I bought item in haste because of this. I used Shiply to pick up item, seller charged me £45 to bubble wrap item which I paid separately over the phone. On delivery I find that only the top had been bubble wrapped twice which is a small area. When complaining to seller he told me that he had charged for communication to Shiply, 1 call if that, he had charged for the bubble wrap which he said was from screwfix and could have cost just over £6 for what he wrapped. He said he charged for petrol to screwfix and charged for someone to wrap the top of the table. Item was filthy inside the drawers obviously kept in the little factory unit for years, outside of table was dirty, at first I thought it was mould but it rubbed off and was black dust. A complete rip off, rip off Britain st its best here. He has since got my negative review taken off eBay, just shows how freedom of speech is controlled. Make up your own mind but I wish that I hadn’t bought from this person and never will again. Buy at your own risk.
