Flue wasn’t fitted properly in the first place , however they came & repaired it 4or 5 times . it actually fell off the roof once . believe me they put tape on it , it leaked & bedroom ceiling came down . they refuse to fix it as it’s been to long now. nobody will fix it incase anything goes wrong & it might be what’s been done by Fireside by design & not their fault . i’m now stuck with a gas fire unusable.

We had a fire fitted on Saturday from Fireside By Design. From choosing the fire to it being fitted everything was done so professionally. The price was great and Sam the fitter turned up on time and was so professional and tidy and obviously took pride in his work. I would highly recommend getting your fire here.

(Amazing company and staff )telephoned to enquire to having a traditional coal fire supplied and fitted surveyor came measured up and advised also put me in touch with a chimney sweep company .then sent me lots of pictures as I couldn’t get to the showroom no pushy sales just honest advise and expertise chose my design, set a date and this was just how easy it was Even messaged a month later for some more advise or a cleaning product weather it could be used again the staff treat you as they did before the fire was installed. Nothing to much trouble .
