Jenny was nothing but helpful all the way through- even when we changed our minds many times she was so patient and helpful. Martin was also great and fitted the fire in a day. I contacted Heswall Fires and Stoves as I was searching for an electric woodburner effect stove and had been unable to locate the one I wanted elsewhere. I was contacted almost immediately by Jennifer who said she would try to order the stove I wanted. She was extremely helpful and although she was unable to get hold of the stove I had originally wanted, she offered an alternative and gave me a price match on this item. I now have a Stovax Gazco electric woodburner fire in my new kitchen extension and it is fantastic. Everyone who sees it remarks on how lovely it is and it finishes off the new kitchen perfectly. Jennifer couldn't have been more helpful and professional and kept me informed of when my new fire was going to be in stock and also of delivery which was arranged to suit me.
