After reading the 1 star rating I was reluctant to go there but did today. I found the man there extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. You are spoilt for choice and I will definitely be going back there to order my fire place when I can make a decision as to which one.

A very weird visit to Fires and Fireplaces today. Having just bought my first property I was delighted to become the owner of my first ever log burner. Having noticed Fires and Fireplaces advert on Royal Wootton Bassett highstreet I decided to drop by for a harmless bit of window shopping / drop in and see what's what.... However this is not the sort of store that you can just drop in on! Be prepared for the staff questioning your intentions as to the reason for your visit and then you will face the challenges of why your just there to have a look. 🤨 Will not be visiting again anytime soon, very weird customer service! 🔥
