Still waiting for the Fire Risk Assessment invoiced in July 2017 unbelievably inefficient, claim that they lost all their data, no email backup or archive, no paper records, no electronic records, defies belief that they still have not delivered the FRA after fifteen months and they refuse to provide a refund, pity cant award zero stars
