Originally fitted 17/05/22 Whilst the sales people are good, its a nice product and was fitted fine, the fitters left something to be desired. They unfortunately damaged our trim on our window, it was fine before they arrived and was melted once they left. They had been charging drills and clearly left a metal drill bit touching the new window trim. When I pointed this out to them, they asked if I did it by smoking? Didn't believe that the metal could melt plastic and left so I cut my losses and paid out for repairing the window. Had them come back to look again prior to sorting it myself, he said to me "what do you want me to do?" And suggested using some sealant. Maybe sort your own fitter our if you can.

We had our stove fitted yesterday and the very pleased with everything. Would recommend to others, the service was friendly and not pushy. Very honest and knowledgeable. The fitting team (Darren) and two other blokes were great. Obviously very messy job but they cleaned up and even hosed down our drive to get rid of the dust from the rubble etc. Excellent.

Brilliant experience and extremely happy with the end product! We were welcomed into the showroom by Joe who showed us all the different fireplaces and used his experience to help piece together the idea that we had for our media wall. We then had Mark who made the media wall completely by himself and all by hand (no flat pack pieces like some company’s use!) It took just over 4 days for him to build as he is very meticulous and doesn’t just throw it together. Communication with Mark was very good where he would always make sure we were happy with how the build was going and if any adjustments were needed he was happy to do so. After the completion we had the follow up call to make sure we were happy with everything which we definitely are. We then had the pleasure of meeting Emma who came to our house to see the finished product, take pictures and brought a bottle of wine to say thank you. Highly recommend and special thanks to Joe, Mark and Emma for bringing our dream wall into reality.

This is the second time I have used fireplace studio and the service has always been outstanding! I went for a multi fuel stove this time and I even had the stove sprayed a bespoke colour before it was fitted. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they speak with confidence, they offered me a range of different options and were not at all pushy they gave me the time I needed to make a fully informed decision. I am so happy I chose to go with the stove and love the flawless finished look of the bespoke colour to match the theme of my living room. The fit only took a maximum of a couple of hours and it didn’t disrupt my house at all. They also have a big range of stove accessories which made it a one stop shop for me.

Ladies beware!! I went to the fireplace studio for a new fire. Left a deposit. Installers came to do a survey, lied to me and said there was nothing behind my fireplace, told me I would have to go out all day whilst they smashed it and charge me an extra £200. My original fireplace was behind it, I uncovered it myself with a hammer and chisel (little old size 6 me) So I went back into the store to tell them about their dishonest installers and get my deposit back. They did not give me my deposit back so I had to do a chargeback with my bank. My mistake- telling them I’m a single mum and to do me a good deal!

A big thank you to John Potter and Mick for the superb job they did recently of fitting our new fireplace and log burner, they were outstanding from start to finish going above and beyond, We would like to also thank Jay for his help and advice on our first visit to the showroom back in October, this was our first log burner and all very new to us , all the staff were very friendly and made us very welcome, we have recommended Fireplace Studio to our neighbours, they are due to have their new log burner fitted in the next few weeks.
