Very pleased with our new woodburner from Fireplace Finesse. From start to finish a very professional job. Mark and his fitter were very knowledgeable. They kept us informed all through the ordering process. We also had the chimney lined at the same time which has made the fire burn way better than our old woodburner. The woodburner looks great in our inglenook. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We decided to Have a log burning stove installed replacing an open fire. I contacted a number of local companies and we visited the Fireplace Finesse showroom which had a huge range to view. We arranged for a survey and Mark visited us. Mark has a vast knowledge of the stoves and what would work for us. We were very impressed with Mark and the time he spent with us was beneficial in our decision making. We received a comprehensive quotation and agreed to proceed. Verity arranged for a Chimney Sweep and a few days before installation the Fitter visited to ensure everything was good to proceed. On the day of the installation Mark was joined by Kevin who was undertaking the building work to open up the fireplace and plaster the wall. After 3 days he completed the work which is of the highest quality. Mark and Paul arrived on the 4th day to install the stove. Their work was again of the highest quality and the stove has transformed out living room. All rubbish was cleared away leaving nothing for us to worry about. I would highly recommend Fireplace Finesse as they took care of everything required and it looks amazing, will be even better when I finish the decorating!

After contacting Fireplace Finesse an appointment was made for Mark to come and quote for a new gas fire. Mark gave us great advice and has excellent knowledge of the products they supply. The installation went without a hitch, the fitter left the area clean with all rubbish taken away. We are 100% happy and would recommend this company without hesitation.
