This complete unit was practically in a new condition, only the handle on the door of the fire was loose, but did not deter as it was a feature and you cannot tell, the item was well packaged, I did not realise that the painted inner part of the fireplace was grey speckled, which again is not an issue as I wanted to paint it a lighter grey to match the rest of my interior. Thank you so much for a quality item at a much better price.

My husband picked up an electric fire for over £1000, I thought as its starting to get colder and we have a little baby in the house it would be great. However after having it fitted my husband then went back and spoke to them as it was not warming the living room up, and his reponse was its not meant to, its for show!!! How ridiculous, waste of money, I would never recommend anyone to purchase from here. Absolutely disgusting.

Great Customer service from start to finish, I wanted to know about the fire I was purchasing so they sent me pictures, Kieran and Simon were extreemly helpful, Purchase easy and a great price, delivery came quickly--next day. I had a minor issue which again was sorted to my satisfaction within 1 day with plenty of support from Kieran and Simon, then the next day I got an email from Kirsty making sure I had been sorted and happy. They have been brilliant from start to finish. Can't fault them in any way but especially good with Customer service and Care. Well done thank-you to the team

I initially ordered an electric fire which arrived very quickly and very well communicated regarding the delivery. I was very happy with the fire great quality especially for the price. Due to my fireplace not being suitable (was old) I then ordered a fireplace from here which I managed to get at a great price and received a phone call to let me know exactly when the fireplace would be delivered and as an extra bonus the guy sent me another trim which suited the new fireplace better. I cannot praise this company high enough I would definitely recommend them.
