This rating should be zero but unfortunately google doesnt allow it. Avoid this shop at all costs. These guys are great at appearing to provide guidance when you are looking to make a purchase. They will then insist that prices are going up and that you need to take urgent action and claim they are giving you the best price possible. Once you have paid them though, the attitude changes completely. They push you to come and collect the goods at your own cost, they do NOT provide an invoice or any guarantees or warranties, they block your calls and dont bother responding to emails and voicemails and are generally rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I made a mistake of ordering a fireplace which was too big for my living space and am now stuck with it as Hans will not respond to my calls or show the courtesy to advise if he is unable to help. Stay away from this shop if you want to avoid overpaying and then the mental stress of dealing with rogue traders.
