Absolutely disgraceful and appalling performance from Tim Jackson “the owner”. He has tricked my dear wife to pay a large sum of money as a deposit before giving quotation. The next day the quotation rose to unacceptable amount. Tim Jackson refused to give the deposit back. We are taking legal actions against this business. Beware!!!

Charged £30 for a quote which we never received after they came to see what we wanted, asked for refund by the lady who took the money to be told we would have to come in shop and speak to Tim. Tim came to do the quote which he didn't take any measurements, was there all of 5 minutes. Within that 5 minutes he spoke negativly about other companies in doncaster saying they were using cheap materials. I feel this was said to put us of getting quotes elsewhere. We obv got quotes elsewhere where they came with samples, took measurements and spoke in depth of what needed doing. Safe to say I would avoid this company.

Absolutely appalling fitters , after telling us when they came to quote the work that they had a plasterer I came home to find it left in such a state i had to take off what they had done , not what I would expect after paying just shy of 9k , after speaking with other people who have had log burners fitted by other companies they finished they’re work and left it neat and tidy , not Tim ,it is now going to cost me more time and money to put right the debacle he has left it in , when I emailed him with my annoyance he simply did now acknowledge the complaint and recommended me a plasterer , after reading reviews on YELL it would appear other customers have had the same experience , it begs belief how some people on here have given a good review I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

This was the second time I have used the Fireplace Centre. They were exteremly helpful from walking into the showroom to having my fire and marble fireplace installed. Jane was lovely. I travelled some distance to the showroom and the first thing she did when I arrived was sit me down with a cup of coffee. Now that's what I call looking after your customers! Jane was extremely helpful and there was no pressure to purchase, just help and advice. I would definately recomend them to anyone looking to purchase a new fireplace. The whole team were brilliant. Thankyou Jane and the fitters.

Absolutely thrilled with my new LED fire and limestone surround. Mr Jackson and Stu are complete professionals and nothing was too much trouble. Also, a special mention to the wonderful lady who works in the showroom. I would not hesitate to recommend Doncaster Fireplace Centre for both exceptional quality and service.
