We had an issue with a fire alarm system in our house. We were given Richards name by an electrical engineer who was doing some work for us. We contacted him and received advice over the phone. This solved an initial issue before going on holiday, but not the overall problem. We contacted Richard again at a much later date and he agreed to pop in to have a look. He came to our property and assessed the system, he advised us on a simpler more cost effective solution to repairing our current system. This was not something his company offered, so in essence his advice and time was free. In this day and age it is refreshing (and rare) to come across a company that puts integrity at it's heart . I feel that is what we encountered with Richard today. We are extremely grateful.
