I'll start out by saying the staff are lovely, and the cocktails aren't too bad either. However, after eating I can understand why it was so quiet - the food is below average at best. I recall we went to FireJacks some time ago and the food was great but not this time - I think the menu may have also been reduced (sure I had a rib burger which is no longer an option). Grey, tasteless, burger, steak not cooked to requested doneness, generally very underwhelming. Love the sauces counter though, that is awesome.
