I would like to make the public aware that today I felt like I would try something different so I thought I would give firehouse a try for the 1st time I ordered 2 half chickens an fries I was abit sceptical the whole time I was in the then I noticed the staff had disappeared round the back I could see a reflection of one of the staff smoking in the kitchen so on his return I ask him if he was just smoking an very simply he replied yes.. I paid by card but wasn't happy to eat from there as that's very unhygienic and disrespectful.. I asked for my money to be put back on my card as a refund he rudely took £15out the till an slapped it on the counter an walked of muttering under his breath I would hate to think how many customers have eaten b&h or Sterling chicken fingers 😐

Not very nice. Ordered double pepperoni pizza, dough was heavy and cheese was thick and made you heave, scarce pepperoni and to make matters worse they cut the pepperoni in half! The fries are ALWAYS chewy and hard for some reason. Haven't ordered in a few months now as I'm just unimpressed. I live literally a min from here by car.

Use to love this place but in the past year, their quality has dropped massively. I live 2mins away and they always seem to deliver late. Food isnt worth the price, bellow average and they dnt seem to follow instructions. I paod extra for cheese on my burger which i didnt get. Plus the owners arrogant, never seems to apologise for being late when askin for an update. I dnt see this place lasting long.dnt waste ur money. Pot noddle wudv satisfied me more. Annoyed as i waited so long to eat dispointing food
