Under NO circumstances would I recommend using this company. We still have not got I waterproof installation since June of this year. They've tried to charge additional costs though they quoted a 'complete' installation price. They don't arrive when they say they're going to and don't complete the job.

We cannot recommend Firehouse enough. We bought our 2 seater beautiful jacuzzi from them and it looks amazing and so organic, all wood. We dealt with Darryn regarding the installation and he was so accommodating. Quintin came to fit the tub and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time and never made a rash decision. The after service from this company is tip top. I have come from 30+ years working in the City in client services so I do recognise when someone/company have gone above and beyond…..and Firehouse certainly have done that. Thank you Quintin and Darren for everything.

Wouldnt use these, havent a clue with organisation,had to have my builder and plasterer sort out faults at my expense,came back 3 times to do 1 part of the job of part of it, excuse after excuse and a lot of stress and upset, ended up fitting my own fire surround
