The place was amazing, the staff was super friendly and the ambient quite atmospheric. However we weren’t very pleased with the food portion and taste. I would definitely give it another go just for drinks this time.

Not a brilliant place. All show, no substance. Been here twice, once for a night out and at a Firefly hosted menu launch party. The floor staff are pleasant and helpful, but the management are cocky, but nice. The food (canapés for the party) both times was nice, but not excellent. Cocktails are nice, but better elsewhere. The only really good thing about this place is the decor and interior design, which is excellent.

I’m being extremely generous giving 2 stars. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the cocktails we got were nice and the lady serving us was lovely. Aside from this the food was abysmal!!!! DO NOT GO FOR THE FOOD!!!!!! We got the most expensive dish which was the Wagyu sirloin and it was the tiniest piece of meat (the size of the palm of my hand… and I have small hands! Sold at £44) which was seasoned terribly and not cooked as asked - medium rare. We also ordered fries which never arrived and we ordered sushi which was definitely not fresh at all and lastly we ordered Dan Dan noodles which were as bad as the steak! They are definitely not Dan Dan noodles, just egg noodles with a TON of ginger. The noodles were even over cooked because they were mushy. It was just so terrible. Go if you’d like to drink and for a somewhat vibe but definitely don’t eat at this overly priced unseasoned terribly cooked food establishment. McDonald’s gives you better quality and worh your money food!

Food came out quick and tasted great! Drinks look and taste good as well. Staff are lovely and decor is really cool. We went for lunch so it was pretty quiet as well which was nice. It is a bit more expensive than i was expecting but defo recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

We booked a group party with set menu. The place was loud, not suitable for eating. There was DJ just by our table. The staff didn’t prepare enough plates despite paying deposit for that amount of people. Group next to us had a tall table with bar stools placed very close to us so when I was sitting at normal table, I had constantly somebody’s bum just by my face. Not present experience in general and especially when you try to eat. Food was edible but nothing special. Noodles were tasteless and salty. The waiting time for the food was quite long which is surprising for preordered set menu for exact amount of people. Not sure why we were charged an additional service charge for that. We were told there was an offer for drinks before we booked which wasn’t the case when we arrived.

Food tasted like there was something off, turns out the 3 of us who ate fish dishes have all got food poisoning! The cocktails are nothing like promoted on line! Only good for pictures and not for an actual nice night out with friends. Never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant ever, the only good thing about the place was our waiter who was lovely.

Shocking!! - had a table booked for 8:30pm for night brunch (a set menu) the table was not ready so was told to wait at the bar which was fine, however when we eventually got seated at 8:55pm it was a bar table away from the main dining area which was where everyone else was seated (the table was also not big enough for food) & also away from the waiters view. - time passed and it go to 9:30pm without anyone coming over for drinks or to start bringing food - we asked 3 members of main staff on three separate occasions for drinks all of which were ignored! Eventually got one drink which we waited over an hour for, which set the tone of how the unlimited bottomless drinks aspect of the brunch was going to go… ended up walking out due to the awful service & being blatantly ignored, we would of been sat there all night waiting. Understand it can get busy but waiting over an hour & not even being acknowledged when asking several times is just unacceptable , all they seem to care about is influencers to make them look good - would avoid this place at all costs, which is a shame as the music was great but does not make up for the lack of basic service.
