Went here for a hen do - we were overwhelmed by how fantastic our experience was. The staff were helpful, friendly and made our experience very enjoyable! We live quite far away but will definitely be making the trip back up again soon. Can't recommend enough!

Called up 30mins before, wanted to do archery and skybow for 2 They were accommodating, got us in short notice and everyone was polite and helpful, not sure about these other negative reviews. Paid 20 each and was worth it for the hour for sure. Enjoyed the experience Would recommend.

We had an amazing time doing archery and sky bowing! It exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed ourselves. The workers were lovely and friendly and Logan was a fantastic instructor who made us feel relaxed and confident. Will definitely be returning soon for more fun!

Went axe throwing (July 2021) The throwing itself was fun, u use a light axe first followed by a slightly heavier one then u finish with a double blade type axe, you share the last one with the group. The throwing was great but loose stars based on the staff. The instructor was a pleasant lad but in no way shape or form ready to supervise or offer an exciting experience. There was no confidence or any motivation to encourage a good time. Me and my husband praised the stranger couple we were with when they did well while our instructor said nothing the whole hour. Over all I'd definitely do it again but I wouldn't rave about going here in particular, sorry.

Went to Firefly Activities for the archery and sky bow experience. We really enjoyed it, the instructors (Logan and Harvey) were really helpful, knowledgeable and were up for a laugh. Definitely be back for crossbow and axe throwing another day!

We went for their Crossbow shooting experience today. Absolutely AWESOME. The staff at Firefly are brilliant - really friendly and incredibly professional. The instruction was perfect and we picked it up in no time. Our instructor Tom knew so much about the discipline he was teaching and the equipment we were using, we both found it a really interesting and fun experience. All their activities are well set out with loads of space. The whole venue is covid secure and well looked after. Despite being busy we didn't come into contact with any other groups. Catering facilities on site are an added bonus! Lots of parking available and for those who don't drive it's very close to the main village of Sutton-at-Hone. We are really looking forward to going back and trying some other activities.

Axe throwing was okay but zero covid policies or procedures in place, including getting us all to take turns sharing the same axe with zero hand sanitiser in sight or any cleaning or wiping down. Kinda ruined the whole thing.

My partner and I went for the axe throwing experience today. There was no social distancing and no one wore masks, staff or members of the public. There were 6 of us in a small area to throw the axes. Closer than 2 meters. We had a safety briefing which was a young man who spoke very quietly and didn't seem confident in what he was talking about. The actual experience was okay, but it did get a bit boring, throwing axes at the same target for 45 minutes. We then moved onto a single target area which we spent 15 minutes in and had 3 throws each. There was only 1 axe in this area between all 6 of us. 4 others who were not within our household. There was no hand sanitiser for anyone to use, so we were literally all touching the same axe one after the other without it being cleaned in between or anything. Very covid unsafe. It would have been a bit better if there were more target areas to throw the axes and a more spaced out socially distanced target area to throw the axes. After we had finished the experience, we walked around the area to find some sort of sanitiser and the only hand sanitiser we found was a small pot of it on a small table down the other side of the area where the clay pigeon shoot was taking place. Overall, I am glad I did the experience day but I don't think it's worth £40! I have given this 2 stars as most of the staff were all friendly and happy.
