Angus is rude, aggressive, unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. He didn’t listen to us and as a result, the hearth was installed incorrectly. We tried to address this prior to installation but our points were dismissed and the work was carried out without our needs in mind. When we tried to raise this to seek a solution we were met with aggression and hostility from Angus. He refused to acknowledge his mistake or take any steps to rectify the issue. The plastering around the fireplace was also substandard - there were visible ‘bubbles’ in the plastering and it wasn’t feathered into the wall very well, resulting in a noticeable line. I have had to spend ages sanding it down and it still isn’t perfect.

They handled the unexpected complexity of widening our fire place and do an installation very promptly, both exceeding our expectations. The team went over and above, fitting a last minute flue liner and taking care of waste removal. Highly recommended if you are looking in the Surrey area.
