Do not have anything to do with this firm. My mother purchased a Blenheim electric fire and surround nearly 18 months ago. The fire has developed a problem. She phoned up customer services and the person she spoke to did not have a clue. Unhelpfulness at it's best. She told my mother to get an electrician. She asked if she could speak to an electrician and was informed that they do not have any!! .

Received Corby trouser press yesterday, via Amazon. The bolts and washers needed for assembly were not included. I have tried ringing Corby Windsor and David Jordan Fired Up Buildings. Corby did not answer phone, Fired Up Buildings answered but despite long wait, on two occasions, never got to speak to anyone. Amzon were as helpful as they could be, but they didn't package item. Dont know where to go from here!

Needed a sample of paint to retouch a fireplace. Would not even consider helping me out. Had this experience before with a previous fireplace and the company bent over backwards to help so next time I’m buying it won’t be with fired up I’m afraid

Ordered a ethonal fire place. Turned up super fast. The item was damaged on arrival, obviously thrown around in transit. They turned this around faster than any company I have ever ordered with. (which is alot). Good company, good at sorting problems, happy days

We are pleased with the electric fire we ordered but felt very annoyed when noticing that one of the feet on the fire had broken off . It was already broken before we took it out of the box. Not good.
