I ordered a new sparkling white piece of Carrara marble for our fireplace. Just over a year later brown stains appeared in it. A visit from Firecraft to examine the problem, tried to remove it, gave up and said what a shame it was out of guarantee so the Carrara marble was only guaranteed for one year. The last piece of Marble that was in the fireplace was installed in 1983, it was only replaced because it had a crack in it. It had no staining. I am assuming it was bedded in with the wrong cement mix. Shame

I’m not a great one for views ( I should do more really) but I felt I needed to write one today. I purchased a beautiful fire from Firecraft West London earlier in the year. A few weeks ago I couldn’t get it to turn on, I called Firecraft, who acted immediately to sort the problem out, and found it was the remote control. A new one was ordered and all is well. This is a family business, who look after their customers, and nothing is too much trouble for them. So if you are looking for a beautiful fire and excellent customer service, Firecraft are your people. Thank you so much Paul and Charlie. 😊

Calum was amazing in the information he shared with us on the various types of fireplaces we could get and those that would work for our needs.
