Sales team were not pushy at all and gave us time to think about what we really wanted. Installation team lead by Dan were very courteous and worked meticulously to get the fireplace & fire installed. Outstanding service from the lads at Firecraft. From the moment of speaking to them to ask about removing an old gas fire and hearth to picking a new wood burning stove they have been incredibly helpful. They talked us through everything we would need to support our new wood stove, and answered any questions we might have. Originally they planned to work on our fireplace for 4 days and the lads who turned up were friendly and helpful. They talked us through what they would be doing and ensured they would cover the remaining furniture so they could limit the dust. Considering they were taking out an old fireplace unit, adding a flue and a new stove they completed everything in 2 days. Being new to all this we were shown how to light the new stove, how to clean it, given new gloves and tools and answering more questions we had. Overall the service from start to finish was excellent and we absolutely love pur new wood burner.
