From our initial contact for him to pop round to discuss what we had (someone on the 1980's had completely messed up the fireplace), and could he do anything, to the final day of actual installation and commissioning of our Woodburner, Firebug have been exemplary in every way possible. We had our work done whilst we were on holiday. We had no hesitation in leaving them with a set of keys to come and go as they pleased. Workmanship of the highest standards.
