I had a terrible experience with Firebrand. They made me take the wrong exam which I succeeded, but a certificate could not be issued. When I tried again to pass the correct exam, I failed with a low score because they realized their mistake after two months. It was a waste of time and money, and now I have to start studying all over again. Not only that, but when I tried to resolve the issue with Firebrand, they gave me false promises and did not follow through. I will never recommend Firebrand to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different training provider.

Attended the info webinar and if this is indicative of the course delivery then I’d advise finding another provider. No camera on by the presenter, no interaction, no questions, no introductions. They might aswell upload the Powepoint to YouTube and call it quits.

please please avoid this bootcamp at all costs! Wasted 6 weeks of my life I can not get back. If you are doing this through the DfE they just want the money and will treat you like a number, they don't care about you. They tried to make us learn C# in 4 days and python in 4 days, and then rushing us to learn the az900 to do the exam (which you can do for free anyway) to which they told us if you do not pass the exam you will not receive a certificate of completion from them. Have tried e-mailing them after no response at all! AVOID!! REPORTED TO THE DFE!

They called it a 'bootcamp' but what it was, was a way for them to get quick money from the government. They misrepresented the course and misused taxpayers money to implement a terrible 6 week 'course'. No structure, just threw us into groups with a hired professional who was not a tutor. Reported to DFE. All of the cohort felt this way. They did not bother issuing us a certificate of completion. They guaranteed a job interview for each attendee - never happened. Just totally forgot about us and moved on.
