Not sure what to say other than that I was charged a £65 cancellation fee, even though I dined there the same night. I sent the restaurant my bank statement showing the dated transaction where I paid the bill and they refused to roll back the payment. Resy have been no help either. I really liked Firebird initially, this was my second visit and the food and service both dropped off massively. Clearly there's something out of sorts at this place - MASSIVELY AVOID.
