Had a Firebird range cooker installed in 2016 and it has been nothing but trouble breaking down on a regular basis. The staff turnover in that time means it’s difficult to deal with the same person and although the recognise they issues they will not take the cooker back, think that says something about the product. Avoid!

We bought and was advised by firebird to upgrade our outdoor boiler to one that was nearly £2500 pound dearer. We had it installed and after 12 months we have had nothing but hassle breaking down numerous engineers out which is going into thousands. We run a holiday let and i would never advise or recommend FIREBIRD TO ANYONE please research do not touch these ever...

I had a firebird boiler fitted 3 years ago. It has been nothing but hassle and I would never buy another Firebird boiler nor recommend to anyone. The Engineer that fitted the boiler sent off the warranty slip, Firebird say they have no record of it and an extremely unhelpful and sarcastic so called customer service rep at Firebird was no help whatsoever. Terrible product and terrible service

3 years with an Enviro Green Oil Boiler & it is excellent. 1 small item needed replacing & was covered by the Warranty. Mathew, in customer services is so helpful and obliging, whilst Kenny, installer and South West Engineer has knowledge beyond comparison. I cannot recommend Firebird enough, a brilliant Devon company.

I had a Firebird boiler installed a couple of years ago, in the first 3 odd months it became a little smelly and I put this down to smoke re-entering the building we limped along with it and it gradually got worse and worse. It turns out the welds had failed in the boiler flame shroud(it acts as a turbine to push smoke out) and the engineer said the part was known for failure and had been redesigned. The flue was only 2'long and the fumes could not leave the building with this failure! Firebird offered to extend my warranty for 12 months but I did not feel this was enough for gassing my family or for whatever damage had been done to the boiler whilst operating outside design parameters; the company only furnished the repair 18 months later it has failed again electrically this time. I do not recommend buying this companies products as a graduate mechanical engineer.
