    Won’t be returning. Phoned ahead to see if they were open and booked an appointment for the afternoon. When we arrived the chap had no record of our appointment, then we went on to explain we wanted a minimalist inset stove about a metre wide. But was told the maximum was 60cm which confused us. We told him what we had seen but he said the prices would scare us, our budget was about £5000 with fitting so knew what we wanted. He then came out with a brochure showing the ones we wanted but couldn’t tell us what the stove would cost until we paid 85 pounds for someone to come out to us at home. We were then told that was it and given a brochure to go. Waste of time. Will take our £5000 order the a rival firm.
