Excellent Customer Service and Advice. I was concerned that my old steel staircase might need to be replaced as it was 60-70 years old and wasn’t in great shape. Ian was very responsive from first contact to job completion. He provided really good advice and in the end convinced me to refurbish rather than replace - saving me thousands of pounds. He did exactly what he set out to do and completed the job ahead of schedule. There were a couple of unexpected problems that required additional work from Ian’s team, I was not charged for these. The site was left clean and tidy at the end. Ian also provided a commissioning statement and guarantee. I feel very confident now that the stairs are safe for my new tenant. Very pleased.
