She was very professional, helpful, polite and offered a lot of additional support as well as advice on my back/hip issues. I would highly recommend Fire & Earth - specifically Marie Rushworth, who gave my son a very thorough massage to help with shin splints. He plays rugby, which he loves, but the inflammation and pain often stops him from being able to train and play. Marie located and treated the issue, offering advice for ongoing self-care treatment. She taped his shins at the end of the treatment, which has really helped to support the area and reduce swelling and pain. Marie was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly - we’ll definitely be back!
