Quality very poor and service poor. I purchased a pair of boots for my partner in March 2022 and by August the leather had split (where the stitching secures the upper to the soles the stitching had cut through the leather) and the heel blocks were not secure. Complained by both email and phone and when I finally received a reply I was told it wasn’t a fault of the boot as they had been worn more than a few times! You would expect to be able to wear a pair of boots more than a few times without them falling apart in less than 5 months. The boots are meant to be worn… not to be displayed as an ornament. Would not recommend.
