Such a disappointment! Absolute lack of organization and customer care, and the Coach said that is miscommunication leaving one more girl and myself hanging by the entrance for 20 minutes. I booked ten sessions in advance, so I had to form an official complaint and request a refund. Hopefully, there won't be problems with that as well. Don't waste your money!
