Bought tickets and seats (paid 80 € extras!) 3 months in advance for me and a child. Tried to do the online checkin 12 hours before the flight, it failed saying we were on waiting list and should contact the airport staff. At the airport checkin they refused to assign seats and sent us to the gate. At the gate they asked us to wait until everyone boarded and then they refused to board us as the flight was overbooked. They proposed 200 euro compensation if we fly 24 hours later (when in fact the European compensation is 400 for that kind of dispute). They also proposed that only one 1 of us flies because there is only 1 place left on the plane(!!!), although I was with a child. They also blamed us for not checking in online - when in fact I had tried and it failed, and, even more, I had already paid for specific seats. They sent us to Avia Partners to make other arrangements, who told us there was nothing they could do, except arrange for hotel, because they are waiting for instructions from Helsinki, so they asked us to wait some more. Eventually I asked for a refund and went home, as, in any case, we were only flying for a trip of 3 days. Conclusion: AVOID THIS AIRLINE, it is very expensive and not trustworthy. If you really need to get to Helsinki , there is no way to be sure you will get there with them, no matter how much you pay. Stay away!

Avoid at all costs. They will not compensate you if they reschedule flights. They will quote legislation and not do the right thing. We lost a fortune on accommodation to Lapland which is booked months in advance. BIG SCAM

(Translated by Google) Something unusual happened to me with this airline. When I got on the plane, I was carrying two Duty Free bags (one with perfume), so they told me to put them under the seat. When I get to London, I see that the bags are gone. I ask the passenger in the back, and she tells me that she thought they were from a passenger who had previously traveled and therefore had forgotten them, so she decided to give them to the stewardess. When I talk to the flight attendant, she tells me that she decided to leave them in Helsinki as lost and found (without first making sure they belonged to the passengers sitting there). Due to the imbecility of this stewardess and how badly they were handled, the possibility that they were intentionally stolen from me even crossed my mind. I tried to retrieve them at the Helsinki airport but got no response. The airline was not responsible. A disaster. I do not recommend it and I would never choose it again (Original) Me pasó algo insólito con esta aerolínea. Cuando me subo al avión, llevaba dos bolsas de Duty Free (una con perfume), por lo que me dijeron que las ponga debajo del asiento. Cuando llego a Londres, veo que las bolsas no están.
