Neil is just a dream. From the first enquiry to the site being up and running, nothing is too big a problem. He’s not only created us an amazing site, he’s taught us how to maintain it, manage it and help it grow. I swear this man is stuck permanently to his computer as enquiries are answered and problems solved pretty much instantly. I don't normally write reviews but in this case, I just HAVE to let anyone who is thinking of working with Finley Design to stop thinking about it and just do it! I cannot speak highly enough of Neil and his team. Neil is responsive, professional and above all, hugely helpful with a 'can do' attitude. Nothing we've asked for (and we've asked for a lot!) has been too much for him. We have invested a lot of money in our website after years of relying on our bricks and mortar set-up and although we've had an online presence in the form of 'template' websites, our product (wedding stationery) is a complex one to purchase online so we knew that we had to invest more in our online platform. We wrote a detailed specification and sent this to around 10 companies. We whittled this down to three and of those, Finley Design stood out head and shoulders in the end as their belief in what we could achieve was both reassuring and invigorating! The other companies took a 'well, I'm not sure that's possible' kind of approach and although we didn't take a price-sensitive approach, I think the price we have been charged is exceptional value for the service and product we have received. Neil takes his time to fully explain anything you don't understand and no question is deemed as stupid. Which is good, because I've probably asked a lot of them! I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Finley Design to anyone and I honestly look forward to many more years of working with them as we seek to continue our development.
