Nice customer service and a very convenient location in South Kensington Station. However, the items are slightly overpriced.

Handy for snacks before you jump on the tube. Typically, for South Ken the prices are very expensive

They sell Mulino Bianco biscuits which are my favourite biscuits and generally quite difficult to find. However, I've just bought an extremely stale croissant from here. They are displayed at the front of the shop as if they are fresh but honestly I've bought croissants from the reduced section of a supermarket that taste better.

Went in there today bought a newspaper. I said "good morning" to the member of staff behind the counter and he gave me a dirty look and said "50p". Apart from rude staff member and expensive things they sell ie. Bottled water (500ml) for £2.50 and cigarettes that they charge £16 per pack Marlborough lights. I would not recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere to avoid rudeness and attitude by one particular staff member. I was there in the morning on boxing day. Scruffy looking tall skinny Asian guy.
