It is very rare these days that you can honestly give a 5 star review, but I can’t find one fault with the service I received from Finest Flooring. From the first visit to the shop until my floor was installed, the attention, help, advice and professionalism was faultless. Tom in store new exactly what I needed and was always helpful and the two fitters Dean and Dave were fantastic, showed complete respect for my home and done a wonderful job, worked well and left no mess… so so happy with everything from start to finish. I highly recommend Tom and his team, you will not be disappointed! We have just had the softest carpet fitted and amtico flooring laid and I cannot get over how good they both look. The customer service was fantastic from Tom, regular updates and the fitters were so friendly and did a great job. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future. LVT looks brilliant, and fitting was really efficient, performed quickly and tidily, and the finished product is really good and makes the room look great.
