Excellent as always (my 4th job by Finesse). The fitters (Dave and Mike) were lovely, reliable and worked really hard. The new windows look fabulous. A couple of minor snags (not surprising given the windows being replaced were old wooden bays) - sorted out the same day perfectly by Will. Customer service is always outstanding. We had new windows for the whole house, patio doors and new porch.The fitters Cameron and Dillon were lovely friendly lads & exceptional and extremely professional in the quality of the work they completed. Finesse have been amazing from the start to finish of the work been completed. They kept us informed at all stages of the process and resolved minor issues without any fuss straight away. Would 100% recommend them for any work that anyone is looking to have done. Without hesitation we will be using them again for a conservatory we plan to have fitted soon. I am very impressed with the quality of service from Finesse. The installation of new French doors went very smoothly, despite some unexpected issues, thanks to the skill and experience of the fitters. After care is superb. I had a problem on a bank holiday Sunday and had this dealt with within the hour. Incredible service. Thank you Ray and the team.

This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Their doors and windows are of superior quality and their fitters and service are second to none. I cannot fault their after sales care and after suffering damage to a door by an attempted break-in, someone came out, even though it was a Saturday, changed the lock and made sure it was all secure. Very reassuring and I doubt many companies give this level of care. Their workmanship is excellent and we were kept informed of progress once the order was placed. They took all the old stuff away and left everything neat amd tidy. They couldn't do enough to help and the customer is definitely placed first. I'd highly recommend them.
