From start to finish of the installation I found them difficult and unhelpful. Further more when we needed a door replacing they took our money and the delayed and delayed the installation. Once installed I noticed the glass had no safety kite mark. The new glass does not seem like it is thermally insulated and as the inside pane is hot in the summer and cold in the winter compare to the original. It also has a draft coming through the runner. I have been trying to get help with this from them for over 3 months and they just keep ignoring me. I am very concerned as I believe it is not even safety glass so these doors pose a serious safety risk and they don’t seem to care. Service: Glass installation

It has been frustratinng few weeks of delays but the team kept me informed. I believe the chap’s name is Atenas, he remained professional and delivered the news to me whether good or bad the orignal company i use have left the site so i panick googled a glazing company who can help! very accomodating from the start to finish ,happy to say i now move in and the doors are looking classy! we are excited for summer!! Pleased with the final product, you get what you paid for

I met Atanas on site as the first instance to discuss my project, he was able to understand my vision perfectly, after a few back and forth we agreed a price and I was passed over to Mayank, lovely bloke to deal with, really made me feel the project was top priority. Once approved it arrived to site in the time agreed and was all installed in 2 weeks. A few months on and I’m very happy with the products and all is working smoothly
