My Fiancé went to Fine Craft for my engagement ring and only has the most amazing things to say about it. He said the customer service but fantastic and they listened to exactly what he wanted whilst also making some great suggestions. We had to take the ring back due to claws being slightly loose but Dov and the team made it a priority to get it sorted as soon as possible and were great about it. Dov was all round fantastic and the ring came out even better than we could have hoped for! I spent a long time in and out of different jewellers until Dov brought me inside, he rushed off to find some black diamonds then and there; within 5 minutes he was back with options and explained what we could do to create a ring that wasn’t only stunning but would last the test of time. Never felt rushed, gained lots of knowledge, price was reasonable and Dov wasn’t looking to get extra money out of me, it was always about the right solution for me. Couldn’t recommend more and we’re coming back for wedding rings!

Ring needed re-sizing, but was a little large (exceptionally hot weather to blame not the jeweller) no problem with further re-sizing.
