    We are so pleased with the beautiful Yamaha we recently bought from Fine Tune Piano. We were looking for a quality acoustic piano to replace our (very old) digital Yamaha and were really impressed with the wrap-around service provided by Chris. We visited his showroom in Abergavenny, where he made us very welcome, gave us plenty of time to try all the pianos in stock, and was on hand to answer all our questions. Knowing that Chris sources his pianos personally, checks them over, and conducts any repairs needed before putting them up for sale, gave us peace of mind that we would be buying a quality instrument. Also, the fact that delivery, a stool, and first tuning were included in the price, meant we would be all set up to enjoy our new piano with minimum fuss. Chris and Dylan delivered the piano within the week and took the utmost care of both the instrument and the house - they are lovely people too!
