Fine & Country's service is certainly worth the fee. They go over and above the service with excellent communication skills. They reassure and talk you though what can be a stressful process. They always get back to you in a timely manner, unlike the other estate agents I have recently dealt with. It all really matters to them and they help with all sorts of issues which are clearly not within their remit. They build relationships with people that are trustworthy and continued to help and reassure long after their role with my house sell was finished often answering calls out of hours and at weekends. Again this has proved frustrating with other estate agents. Actually cost wise it ends up being value for money as their fee is only slightly over other agents but their relationships with an excellent recommended solicitor also mean that things move very swiftly ensuring other costs are kept to minimum.
