Absolutely outstanding. In my 50+ years of dealing with different companies/organisations I have NEVER found one to be as professional and caring as this one. All of the individual staff members I dealt with, made me feel like I was the most important person they were dealing with. The tone and frequency of communications was perfect. And the restoration of my damaged, but treasured oil painting was astonishing. Being able to visit the studio to see progress was fascinating. Of course it was pricey, but worth every penny as my painting was irreplaceable with so much sentimental value. I have NO HESITATION in recommending them for work on oil paintings, and based on the professionalism I encountered, I have no reason to believe they can’t be recommended for work on other mediums.

What a fantastic company. I was devastated to discover a special portrait lying on the floor having fallen off the wall with two big holes in it, one of the side of the face. With no clue what to do I started calling restorers and had no idea it could be mended. Fine art restoration picked it up and set about the repair and restoration. Today I cannot even see the mend and on top of that they sent me updates almost weekly on what they were doing and how it was coming along to involve me in the process. An amazing company. I cannot recommend them more highly. Eternally grateful
