A very friendly garden centre with a number of different items. Something for everyone. The plants always look well watered. I would also recommend a visit on one of the celebration days and also a visit to TA exotics too as they have some beautiful reptiles.

Soft play is nice, small and for pre-school children. Cafe is open but cannot eat if you are in the soft play which is odd

Nice garden centre, can be pricey. Has a lovely cafe and a softplay. The softplay is bookable online but not on the day or the day before. You can book for softplay when there. Your time starts n the hour not from when you arrive.

Really disappointed with staff regarding the soft play. One member in particular was quite rude and continually reminded us that our time slot was nearly up (baring in mind there were no other children whatsoever waiting, or even around to come into soft play) then proceeded to stare at us from the cafe area. Really unprofessional and disappointing as the garden centre overall is nice. Put us off buying our lunch and staying, which was a shame.

Sitting outside in the cafe area absolutely frustrated. We come here quite a lot as its local and my niece uses the soft play. I'm coeliac so have to have gluten free. I asked at the till for a GF cake, none available. I was told they had sold out!! It wasn't even midday! This is the 3rd time this has happened and been their excuse and to be frank I doubt whether there are any in the first place. Plenty of normal and vegan offerings. I was offered GF bread or toast. That was my choice. Absolutely shocking. Its discrimination. If your coeliac or GF for whatever reason i suggest you stay away. I shall be.
