  Total shambles of a company.We would have expected a much better experience from a supposed professional company.My 80 yr old grandmother has been trying to deal with this herself and on many occasion been left in tears.(Like other reviews communication is abysmal).... My grandmother gave all the relevant information (names addresses)at the start.So 2.5 yrs later still going.She is deteriorating through this fiasco also 2 beneficiaries have since died which they can leave as an excuse.Have also left a couple of emails which have not been replied to.WHAT DOES THIS TELL YOU....STAY AWAY

  Our case has been dragging on almost 3 years due to a problem that should be solved by now I'm very concerned they won't tell me their fees despite repeatedly asking this and they hardly reply when iv chased them. By time they keep this ongoing the more they can take. Iv provided all family information yet they are making out they have found this info. It's clear one relative doesn't wish to participate so for 2 years no one else in the family can. By time they have their fingers in the pot there won't be much left. I'm also unhappy they can't locate a home address for our late relative they claim hospitals and nursing homes my relative lived in before passing hold no details and apparently there's too many people with his name to check land registry. The estate could have a property but no one seems to want to put the work in. I think it's disgraceful they aren't transparent with their fees. Almost 3 years in now and because one relative isn't interested they wont pay it out til they reply. They have written several times and it's obvious he isn't going to reply but they spend money out the pot to pay someone to visit his hme in usa but they get their fee so not in any hurry dont recommedn won't find late relatives home won't tell me what fee they take shocking really . No updates in over a year the solicitors they recommend is just as bad.

  They say first impressions count for a lot, professional and understanding that not everyone understands the process. All is explained in easy terms, and it it explained that this is not a quick process. Staff are polite and helpful, definitely recommended.

  This company contacted us over 2 years ago to distribute a small amount left in a cousins estate. No contact, having to continually chase the matter up and getting fobbed off. Saying it’s the solicitors fault. Now 2 years on. Excuses all the time. You’d be better off applying for the estate yourself. Perhaps if they’d kept us updated we would feel differently.

  This company have very poor communication skills and fail to keep you informed and up to date. They contacted myself and my siblings along with other family members and after providing all the correct/relevant information we received a letter to say the case would be completed withing 6-18 months. It's now been over 18 months since there last letter and neither myself or any of my family members have received any updates and have no idea what's happening with the case. It should have been completed by now but there's been no correspondence and now we are going to have to enquire into the matter ourselves.

  I’ve just had a read of previous reviews before leaving my own and must say that and all of the ‘1 star’ ones have to be fake! There is no way that this company would hand out that level of customer service… Not based on my experience with them anyway. The quality of service I received was second to none. Communication was 10/10 from their team who are so pleasant and friendly. There was no hassle what so ever and they even went out of their way to help me in ways they didn’t have to! Could not recommend them more highly!

  I was recomended finders through a work colleague to deal an issue on behalf of my partners mother. They found her old partner within a week of my first contact, I was quite honestly blown away by how quick they acted and visited him to sort issues. All communication was quick, emails were replied to straight away. Definitely worth the 5 star review. Couldnt fault Danny and his team. Thanks again so much guys!
