    I had to give Michael a 5 star review as he is great at what he does, I had never had a PT before although I had been training for years so I was a bit hesitant however once I explained my goals and what I wanted to achieve Michael set up a plan that would work around my lifestyle which was great, since then I have seen a big improvement in my strength and overall fitness He gets you results as long as you put in the work, would 100% recommend and have so to my friends

    Michael is consummate professional - from his easy demeanor to his technical knowledge. As a coach he is friendly, inclusive and always provides good, clear communication. My experience with him has encouraged me to set goals in technical lifts as well as his recommendation to target competitions/events in the future. From day 1, he helped correct my form on technical lifts with small tweaks as well as pushing me to drive through some PRs. Michael is always happy to provide advice and encouragement - catching him in the gym or in a training session, he's a great motivator.     I did a three week course with Michael and found him to be a knowledgeable personal trainer and generally just a very pleasant and approachable human being. I've been training all my life but got interested in lifting weights only in my late 30's. Michael's guidance on form and technique was transformative (e.g. added 60 kg to my deadlift inside 3 weeks purely through adjustments to form). He was also able to explain lift mechanics concisely and in terms demonstrating a good knowledge of anatomy, which suited my style of learning very well.

    Really enjoying the workouts from Michael. The app he uses works perfectly for me - quick access to notes on previous weights used and short video demos. Also the right level of encouragement/motivation. He doesn’t make you feel like the worst human alive if you miss a workout, but at the same time motivates you with excellent advice, to make sure the next one is completed
