Excellent service from the moment I walked in the store. Danielle had an amazing ability to interpret my ideas into actual fabric options and the range is incredible. Then the fitting team do a house visit to confirm dimensions and fit all curtains and blinds all within the cost which is highly competitive with the faceless online alternatives. Cannot wait to return for my next curtain makeover. And it is so nice to walk into a store and see and feel the fabric quality. The quality finish of my curtain and blinds is the best. I can't even begin to expand on my experience with the unprofessional service and communication but I would leave a star there for the fitter who was quite friendly, professional and courteous and also the showroom being physically organised... The rest of the service from reception to communications to invoicing to appointments to orders was just surprisingly frustrating, despite the high pricing...

I called in to look for blinds and found the perfect ones … the staff were extremely helpful and friendly … no obligation quote and came round to do the measurements and fitting at times that were good for both parties even kept me informed if they were running late… couldn’t ask for better and have recommended to friends and family.

We've had lots of curtains, blinds and shutters from Fabrics of Chester and Find a Blind over the years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their staff are extremely knowledgable about their products and can suggest solutions for awkward window shapes. The fitters are superb; always a beautiful finish and measured to precision. Our shutters still look brand new seven years later. I cannot recommend them enough!
