I have just received exceptional treatment from these highly skilled and dedicated professionals. I am a cellist so the cause of my injury was complicated. I arrived with pain in the upper right arm and Lauren quickly diagnosed inflammation in my shoulder. She gave me effective treatment which soothed the pain but also helped a great deal with the cause by watching and analysing a video of me playing with a spot-on observation about what had been causing the trouble. She gave simple exercises to strengthen the muscles I needed for a better posture, and advice about using ice and ibuprofen to live with the injury while I was undergoing treatment. It was very reassuring that I was never told to stop playing and that I would leave each session feeling like we were making progress. Some weeks when Lauren was away I went to Nonica who was also very experienced and confident, adding the use of needles for relief and soothing. They were both happy to exchange notes and keep the treatment consistent between them. I was so impressed by the extra time they took outside of the session to ensure an understanding of my case and I found them both very reassuring in their ability to relive the problems as well as really caring about my cello playing and forthcoming concerts. I’m really grateful for the care and treatment I received and would highly recommend them.

From initial contact with the practice to final discharge, I was hugely impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, experience, patient understanding, empathy and good nature. A great team providing excellent service in a clean, relaxed and Covid19 secure environment. Lauren specifically treated me for Lateral Epicondylitis - "Tennis Elbow" - and with her excellent knowledge and experience of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems of the body, was able to get me mended and provide useful advice and exercises to hopefully prevent any re-occurrence. She also addressed a few other little niggles I had with my shoulder, back and legs; and importantly also helped keep my spirits up during the journey of recovery. I highly recommend this practice and am thoroughly happy with my treatment with Nonica. I enjoy powerlifting and Crossfit but I struggled with chronic back pain.
