I wish I had good things to say about the service provided at this hospital but I really don't. On several occasions the receptionist and nurses are really unhelpful. It's bad that we have to be sick going to a walk in service or do other treatments to then be treated like we are a nuisance to their day. I guess the only friendly and helpful people are the one's that work in the pharmacy. Now, I did blood tests last month, after much chasing they lost my blood tests. While I was taking blood and asked the nurse "how long it would take" she just smacked the wall and said "it's on the paper". When I then asked "does this include weekend and bank Holidays" she went again to smack the paper on wall without saying a word. There is other things so I'm just leaving you one star. Appaling...

My experience on this morning visit was great. The receptionist Viki was helpful and explained everything in detail. I found the parking spot easily and registered my car without issue. Don’t forget to register it, it is free. I had MRI done, didn’t wait and people were friendly from start to finish. The scan machine was new and the staff was helpful during the process. Didn’t have any bad experience overall. Clean hospital, and restroom. You can see signs clearly and read instructions easily.

I went there on a Sunday to have my toddler checked after complaining of stomach pain for a few hours. The staff were courteous and professional and really helped us through the difficult moments. Of particular help was Dr. Ade Ojo of the urgent care unit who went above and beyond to ensure that our toddler got the best care possible. After seeing us earlier, I returned to drop off her sample for testing at around 9pm thinking he had closed from work (he said he was closing at 8pm). I did not meet him so I dropped it off with one of the medical staff there, hoping he would receive it the next day. On my way home, we got a call asking me to return quickly. It was Dr. Ade who had found an infection and prescribed and supplied the necessary medication promptly. I highly recommend him and the hospital. Thank you Dr. Ade!

from the ladies on reception, to each nurse i have dealt, with i cannot fault the service i received. friendly, informative and made me feel at ease. arrived at 8.30am for the walk-in and was seen within 40 minutes. follow up appointments were running on time, received a referral within a week. plus the added benefit of free parking (dont forget to register your vehicle). a true credit to the NHS.
