I stopped by to pick up 2 brownies after my gym session. The lady at the counter was courteous while taking my order. However, when I tried to pay using the contactless payment system, things took an odd turn. As she began to hand me the bags, she suddenly pulled them back and apologised, fixating on the credit card machine as it processed the payment. The entire situation was quite embarrassing and made me feel as though her assumption was I about to run off without paying for 2 simple baked goods. If the establishment is concerned about payment confirmation, they should implement a clear policy to avoid such awkward and uncomfortable situations. I hope you reconsider the level of customer service you offer your customers.

I've just got to compliment the staff here, we went in for a coffee but there was an issue with the machine. The lady tried her best to sort it out but to no avail. By way of an apology we were both offered FREE BROWNIES!! They changed a disappointing visit into a wonderful one 😃
