My wife has been with the company some time now for a DMP. We are getting constant corresponding from her debt companies saying they’ve not received their money and that she is being charges excessive amounts now in charges. You take the money every month without fail, so why aren’t you paying these companies? We will now be starting to look down the legal route for this as it seems you are doing the same to a lot of people! AVOID!
